For referring to these registered [old] pages, from your own (web) pages, please first read the page about copyright, referrals, etc. - to learn that, the referrals to any registered page, must refer to its area-folder page, rather than any direct referral.
To find out when any page was retrievable from www, look up here, not the date on that page. If the page had waited on a hard disk, that is older. (FYI (and for me) that information/rec is valuable, too, though.)
The USA/International (english) and the Istanbul (turkish) versions of the documents are possibly different - especially in the initial phases.
The examples may always differ in different language versions. Except for these, the content should not differ, for the different-language versions - after the pages' publishing matures/stabilizes.
